E.J. Harrison & Sons is rolling out an exciting update to our online bill pay platform, designed to offer a more convenient and secure experience for all our customers. Beginning June 13, 2025, our new payment system will allow you to view your account, make one-time payments, enroll in Autopay, and even choose paperless billing—all in one user-friendly portal.
What’s New for Customers?
If you currently use our online payment services, here’s what you need to know:

You’ll need your most recent bill to get started.

All customers must create a new profile to access the updated platform.

The system offers full account management, including payment tracking and billing preferences.
This upgrade brings enhanced security, improved account access, and greater flexibility—all aimed at saving you time.
Already Enrolled in Autopay? Here’s What’s Changing
If you’re already enrolled in Autopay, your payments will continue without interruption, but please review the changes to payment application dates:

Current payment date: 15th of the month → New date: Upon receipt

Current payment 3–4 days after receipt → New date: Upon receipt

Current payment 3–5 days before due date or on the last day of the month → New date: Due date

Current payment upon receipt → No changes
⚠️ Important: You won’t be able to make any changes to your Autopay settings until you’ve created a new profile in the system.

We’ve made it easier than ever to pay your bill in a way that fits your lifestyle. The new platform accepts:

ACH/electronic check – No transaction fees

Credit card – $2.49 fee per transaction applies
